1. Attendees are reminded to prioritize their safety and the safety of others throughout the event. Stay hydrated, be mindful of your surroundings, and follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.

2. Scavenger Hunt Safety: Exercise caution during the scavenger hunt to prioritize personal safety at all times. Be mindful of your surroundings, fellow participants, and potential hazards.

Respectful Conduct

1. Positive Atmosphere:Attendees are encouraged to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the event. This includes being friendly, approachable, and fostering social interaction among all participants. We understand that some individuals may find it challenging to engage with strangers. We encourage attendees to respect personal boundaries and comfort levels while promoting a friendly atmosphere.

2. Anti-Discrimination: Discrimination in any form, including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ability, or any other personal attribute, will not be tolerated. Attendees are urged to treat each other with respect, understanding, and empathy.

3. Respectful Interaction: Engage with one another respectfully, avoiding behaviors that could be deemed elitist, condescending, or disrespectful. Negative or hurtful behavior that hinders the enjoyment of others is strongly discouraged.

4. Appropriate Dress Code: Attendees are encouraged to dress in a manner that is considerate of all audiences present at the event. Our aim is to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere and ensure everyone feels comfortable and respected.

Environmental Responsibility

1. Waste Disposal: Maintain a clean and litter-free environment by disposing of waste in designated bins. Be considerate of the environment and fellow attendees by ensuring that waste is properly and responsibly disposed of.

2. Nature Preservation: Show respect for the natural surroundings of the park. Refrain from any actions that could harm or damage the flora, fauna, or ecosystem present in the park, ensuring we collectively preserve the beauty of our environment.

Respect Real-World Rules

1. Alcohol and Real-World Regulations: Adhere to real-world regulations concerning alcohol consumption during any event or location. This helps maintain a safe and family-friendly environment for all participants. 

2. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited in most public parks by Indiana’s State Smoke Free Air Law, 

3. Community Etiquette: Embrace community etiquette by being considerate when sharing food and beverages. Ensure that you are mindful of others' allergies and dietary restrictions, contributing to a harmonious atmosphere.

4. Lost and Found Procedures: Familiarize yourself with lost and found procedures. If you find lost items, do your part in returning them to the appropriate authorities, ensuring the community's well-being.

5. Staying Informed: Stay updated on event information, important announcements, and changes through our primary communication channel on Discord. By keeping informed, you actively participate in our welcoming community.

Media Usage

1. Public Event Location: Attendees acknowledge that when attending our events that takes place in a public park, media, including photographs and videos, may be captured during the event. By participating, attendees implicitly consent to the capture and potential sharing of their image for event documentation and promotion on various platforms, including social media.

Code of Ethics

1. Abide by Code of Conduct: Attendees must adhere to the Niantic Live Event Code of Conduct at https://nianticlabs.com/live-event-coc, 

2. Fair Play: Promote fair play, sportsmanship, and friendly competition during the event. Abide by the Community Day League rules, respecting fellow participants and demonstrating good sportsmanship.

3. Cheating Prohibition: Cheating in Pokémon Go is strictly prohibited during our events.  All players are expected to abide by the Niantic Player Guidelines located at https://nianticlabs.com/guidelines. Any violations may result in exclusion from current and future events organized by 7 Pidgeys.

4. Pokémon Go and Pokémon are trademarks owned by their respective holders. Attendees acknowledge and respect these trademarks during the event.
